Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Gaslit AI. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Digital products (one-time purchases)

Digital products — templates, reports, prompt libraries, downloadable files — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file or if the file fails to deliver as described. After download, refunds are at our discretion.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not pro-rate partial billing periods.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to use, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

Productized services

For productized services (e.g., research briefs, copywriting, design packages):

• Before work has started, you may request a full refund.
• If work has started but no deliverable has been sent, you may request a 50% refund.
• Once a deliverable has been sent, refunds are at our discretion based on the specifics of the project.

Custom or enterprise engagements

Refund terms for custom or enterprise engagements are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gaslit.ai with your order or subscription details and a brief explanation. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds within five business days of approval.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
