These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gaslit AI's websites, software, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
"Gaslit AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gaslit AI and its websites operated under gaslit.ai. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid Services are billed in advance on a one-time or recurring basis, as specified at checkout. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for taxes that may apply to your purchase.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our Services to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware or harmful content; harass or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access; reverse-engineer the Services beyond what applicable law allows; or use outputs to train competing AI systems.
7. AI-generated content
Our Services may include outputs generated by artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs at your own discretion. We make no warranty as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all underlying software, content, and trademarks, except for the limited license granted to you to use the Services as described.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of inputs you provide and outputs delivered to you as part of paid Services, except where the output incorporates our pre-existing materials.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaslit AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Governing law and disputes
